Terms and Conditions of Sale
Access to the 360° Platform — Archdiocese of Rouen
1. Seller Information
This platform is provided by JUUMO, in partnership with the Archdiocese of Rouen.
2. Description of the Service
Users gain access, upon payment, to a 360° platform containing digital content of a cultural and/or religious nature (images, videos, texts, audio).
- Entry fee: €3 incl. VAT
- Optional donation: Users may choose to add a voluntary donation on top of the base price.
- Access duration: Access is granted for 12 months, unless the service is removed or made unavailable due to exceptional technical or legal circumstances.
- Personal access: Access is strictly personal and linked to the email address provided at purchase. Any attempt to share the access link or use it on multiple devices simultaneously may result in temporary or permanent suspension, with no right to a refund. The buyer agrees not to share their link or login credentials with third parties.
Access is provided via a link sent by email after payment. Users must therefore provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed online through the secure Stripe platform.
Payment is collected directly by JUUMO, which manages the service.
4. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
“The supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.”
By confirming the purchase, the user acknowledges that access to the content is granted immediately and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.
5. Technical Requirements
Users are responsible for having equipment compatible with 360° navigation (computer, smartphone, up-to-date browser, internet connection).
No guarantee is provided regarding compatibility with all devices on the market.
6. Service Availability
The platform is available 24/7, except in cases of maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Support will be provided to restore access or resend the connection link.
7. Partnership and Funding
This project was developed in partnership with JUUMO, a service provider specializing in interactive virtual tours.
The technical platform used for payment and access is provided by JUUMO, which receives 70% of the revenue to cover development, hosting, and maintenance costs.
8. Personal Data
Users must provide an email address at the time of purchase, which is used solely for:
- Sending the access link to the 360° platform
- Enabling reconnection in case the page is closed
No personal data is stored or used for any other purpose.
Payments are processed via Stripe, under its own terms and privacy policy.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
If necessary, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
